Contractors for Queen's Facilities will be performing maintenance on electrical distribution equipment that serves Carruthers Hall, Clark Hall, Fleming Hall Jemmett and Stewart-Pollock wings from Friday May 10 at 1:00pm to Wednesday May 15. ITServices will be working closely with Campus Facilities and the contractors to ensure minimal service interruptions and that all services are restored on completion of the maintenance work.
The following is the expected impact on network services:

- Friday May 10 1:00pm to 4:30pm - one hour shutdown of emergency power in each of Carruthers, Clark and Fleming Jemmett to install temporary generators. Possible 15 minute interruption of wired and wireless network service in Fleming Jemmett. Fleming Stewart-Pollock will be without power and network will be unavailable from 4:30pm until work is completed on May 15. There is no expected interruption of network services in Carruthers or Clark.

-Saturday May 11 4:30pm to 8:30pm - power interruption in Clark. Wired and wireless network will be unavailable.

-Tuesday May 14 - one hour shutdown of emergency power in each of Carruthers, Clark and Fleming Jemmett to remove temporary generators. Possible 15 minute interruption of wired and wireless network service in Fleming Jemmett. There is no expected interruption of network services in Carruthers or Clark.
