Users can't sign in to Microsoft Teams through SIP devices.(Yealink phones) ResolvedUpdate
On November 4th at 7 pm, Microsoft reported that the issue affecting SIP (Physical Yealink Handsets) service was resolved. If any users continue to experience issues with their SIP devices please contact the IT Help Desk. Thank You.
Microsoft is currently experiencing a service disruption. This disruption is affecting users ability to sign into their Microsoft Teams physical phones (Yealink phones) and receive calls.
