Upcoming Teams Telephony Service Maintenance, November 26 and 28 Archived

  • We will be upgrading the backend infrastructure for Teams telephony service during the following times:



    • November 26, 2024, 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM: Telephony users

    • November 28, 2024, 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM: Call Flows (Teams auto attendants and call queues)

    • November 28, 2024, 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM: SIP phones


    These upgrades are not expected to impact telephony performance. However, if you experience any issues after the maintenance window(s), please contact the IT Support Centre during regular business hours by filling out the online help form or calling (613) 533-6666.
