On Monday, March 10, 2025 from 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM, the IT Services service request system (ServiceNow) will be undergoing a scheduled implementation. The platform will still be available and functioning in submitting help or request forms. The platform will be implementing ServiceNow's "Next Experience" user interface. The implementation is anticipated to take no more than 1 hour.
