Teams Call Queues - Access and Degraded Performance Archived

  • IT Services are currently investigating an issue with some agents unable to access call queues. Restarting Teams and accessing the queue via Teams on the web has resulted in mixed results after a delay in queues appearing.
    This notice will be updated as more information becomes available.
