Logins failing to MathWorks and CourseLeaf Update Archived

  • We are continuing to work with MathWorks to resolve the login issue. While the underlying issue is being addressed, active staff and students requiring access to MATLAB and other MathWorks products are to contact MathWorks directly and to reference Queen's University. MathWorks will provide direct access to those contacting them without the need for logging into MathWorks through the connector with Queen's. Contact options can be found here - MathWorks Support


    CourseLeaf access has been restored.

    IT Services are currently working with our vendors to determine the cause for login failures when accessing MathWorks (matlab) and CourseLeaf.
