Dialing to HDH using prefix 82 is no longer available

• HDH retired their legacy phone system Oct 21, 2025. As a result, the prefix 82 dialing service is no longer available.
  The prefix 81 dialing service to KGH is still operational.
  
  Workaround:
  Dial the HDH auto attendant at 613-544-3400 then enter the 4-digit KGH extension
