TRMS Call Queue Dashboard - Not Populating Realtime Data Archived

  • IT Services are aware of a problem affecting those who monitor the state of their call queues via the TRMS Call Queue Dashboard webpage.
    Till the issue is resolved, members of a call queue will need to be more actively posting their availability within their units, via active chats, or via other methods that you will need to arrange with coworkers within your call queues.

    This notice will be updated when the issue is fully resolved.
