NOTICE | Annual maintenance for multiple services inc. PeopleSoft – January 24 Archived

  • Please be advised that multiple services, including ALL PeopleSoft Production services (CS, FN, HR) within our Production Oracle Database Servers will be down for scheduled maintenance on Saturday, January 24, 2026.


    If maintenance proceeds more quickly than expected, these timelines may shift. Updates will be posted in the notification tool as each maintenance window begins.


    The following services will be unavailable between 8:00 am - 2:00 pm:



    • EServices

    • Financial Reporting (FAST)

    • Advancement (AdvanceWeb)


    The following services will be unavailable between 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm:



    • PeopleSoft Student (SOLUS/SASELF)

    • PeopleSoft Student Admin (CSPRD)

    • PeopleSoft HR (including Contract Hire System)

    • PeopleSoft Finance


    Further communication will follow as the system maintenance date approaches.
