Teams Call Queues not allowing opt in for some agents

Microsoft Teams Call Queues are currently experiencing an issue with some agents receiving an error when attempting to opt in or to opt out of a call queue.
"An error occurred while saving your settings"
Microsoft is aware of the problem and is investigating.
At this time, IT Services can still manually opt agents in or out. If your queue is experiencing this issue and you require someone to be opted in to ensure coverage, please contact the IT Support Centre to have the ask escalated and addressed.
If a call agent is currently opted in, do not opt out, but instead change your Teams status to busy or unavailable to avoid taking queue calls. Once opted out, you may not be able to opt back in.
