Planned Maintenance: Identity and Password Service - February 11 2026

  • On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM, the Queen's identity and password management system will undergo scheduled maintenance.

    During this time:

    - Password changes made through the Microsoft 365 My Account portal will be unavailable.
    - New account activations may experience delays, which could temporarily affect logon access.

    We recommend completing any required password changes or account activations before or after the maintenance window.
