• Update (02/05/10 8:45 am):
  The CCM server is now fully operational as of 8:30am.
  
  
  Original Description:
  The Contact Centre Manager Server (formerly Symposium) is down due to a hardware failure.
  
  ITS is working on the problem.
  
  Services affected are incoming call centres and phone numbers with special time-of-day controls.
  
  This does not affect regular telephone service or voice mail.
