Maintenance will be performed on the CallPilot Voice Messaging server Saturday Feb 13 to resolve an identified issue with delayed messages.
Voice mail services will be unavailable between 6:00am and 7:00am. This work will not affect existing messages.

Description of Problem:Callers leave message in a voice mailbox but the Message Waiting Indicator is not activated at the telephone.
Users Affected: All voice mail users.
Please log in to check for voice mail messages frequently even if the message indicator is not flashing.
