There will be a brief outage to the email system Friday July 9th at 4pm. This will only last a couple of minutes.

The outage is needed to prepare for the migration of some accounts to new disk partitions.

After the restart a subset of user accounts will be migrated to new partitions. As accounts are migrated each account will be locked briefly as it is migrated. Once the migration is complete it will be unlocked. Migration of a user account will only take a few minutes so if you cannot retrieve email at any point over the weekend please wait a few minutes before trying again.
