System Name: Contact Centre Manager (CCM)
Services Affected: Incoming Call Centres, some other special voice applications
Maintenance Timeline: Saturday, September 25th between 7:00am and 8:00am
Details: CCM will be upgraded to the current software release. Server hardware will also be upgraded.
The outage is expected to be less than 10 minutes.
