  Services Affected:Incoming Call Centres, other special voice applications.
  
  
  Maintenance Timeline: Saturday, October 2nd between 6:00am and 8:00am
  
  
  Details: Avaya has overcome the problem with the database conversion that forced us to postpone the previously scheduled upgrade.
  
  CCM will be upgraded to the current software release. Server hardware will also be upgraded.The outage is expected to be less than 10 minutes.
  
  This work will not affect regular telephone service on campus.
