Eservices.queensu.ca, My.queensu.ca and Netid.queensu.ca are available now.

A problem with communication to the backend Databases was resolved by IT Services Staff and the listed services are now back online.

All applications that are accessed through eservices.queensu.ca are unavailable.

Portal services proved through my.queensu.ca are unavailable.

Password change, NETID activation and challenge question management accessed through netid.queensu.ca are unavailable as well.

IT Services Staff are investigating the issue.
