Webmail Service Issues Dec. 13 18:55-20:25. Archived

  • A backend process failed on one of the webmail.queensu.ca servers. Half of the users would have experienced login loops or blank pages being rendered between 18:55 and 20:25 December 13th.

    IT Services staff have corrected the failing process and the service is now fully operational.
