Telephone line testing, December 29th 5am to 7am

Testing will be conducted on the University phone system to verify failover to external numbers.
Calls to and from external numbers will be blocked for many campus telephones between 5:00am and 7:00am on December 29th, 2011.
Calls to 9-1-1 should not be affected though this will be part of the test plan. Calls within the University will not be affected.
