    The issue with expired Badges has been resolved. Users should now be able to enter buildings/rooms as assigned.

    *Update*

    IT Services continues to work on the problems with the Picture Perfect application. The issue with 'people' being expired has been resolved, but an issue with expired badges has been identified and IT services is working on the problem.

    Many people are not able to enter locked buildings using the electronic access system. Work is ongoing to correct the problem.
