The NetID profile manager (IDM) will be unavailable Monday, August 19, 2013 between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM to facilitate the MyQueensU upgrade.
During this outage, users will be unable to:
- Activate a NetID
- Change a password
- Reset a password
- Update security questions
