Telephone Call Center upgrade - Dec. 20th 6:00am to noon Archived

• Telephone Call Center services will be upgraded on Sunday, December 20th between 6:00am and noon.
  
  - This work will only affect incoming call center applications. Callers to contact center applications will hear ring-no-answer during the upgrade.
  - Regular telephone service and voice mail will NOT be affected.
  
  This is the second voice system upgrade intended to extend support with the system vendor.
