Voice Mail and Voice Menu Outage May 13th 2016 Archived

• There was an unexpected outage on the Telephone Voice Mail system at approximately 09:30 today that lasted for one minute. ITS immediately noticed and was able to restore service.
  
  Call Centre Applications and associated voice menu functions have been down since 09:00 today and ITS is working to restore service. We are hoping service will be restored by 10:15.
