    Failure was due to a planned power outage at a KGH building on Barrie Street.

    IT Services is investigating a telephone problem dialing 81 for a direct connection to KGH.
    Callers were experiencing "dead air" after dialing 81 and will now hear a fast busy tone until the problem is resolved.
    In the meantime, to reach KGH extensions, please call their auto-attendant at 613-549-6666.
