On Saturday April 1, 2017, some departmental services hosted by ITS experienced an outage. This outage was caused by a core piece of infrastructure becoming momentarily unavailable.
These departments include
- Continuing and Distance Studies
- Family Health Sciences
- Library
- Strathy Language Unit
ITS was able to restore service once the interruption was identified. An investigation is currently being conducted to determine how to improve these situations and to better notify ITS when it is happening.
