Voice Messaging and Contact Centre maintenance Sunday July 2 between 7am and noon Archived

• Updates to the University voice messaging system will take place (again) on Sunday, July 2nd between 7:00am and noon.
  - Telephone service will NOT be affected.
  - Voice mail will be intermittently unavailable during that time.
  - Contact Centre applications will be unavailable for up to 3 hours.
  Callers to these applications may hear different call treatments depending on the status of the work. Treatments may be ring-no-answer, busy signal or the recording "The voice messaging system is temporarily unavailable".
