Maintenance has been completed on the voice messaging system.
General voice mail and menu services were unavailable from 8:00am to 8:30am.
Contact Centre services were unavailable from 8:30am to 10:45am

Updates to the University voice messaging system will take place (again) on Sunday, July 2nd between 7:00am and noon.
- Telephone service will NOT be affected.
- Voice mail will be intermittently unavailable during that time.
- Contact Centre applications will be unavailable for up to 3 hours.
Callers to these applications may hear different call treatments depending on the status of the work. Treatments may be ring-no-answer, busy signal or the recording "The voice messaging system is temporarily unavailable".
