Microsoft has reported a service degradation in Microsoft Teams. Users may experience disconnections and delay in receiving messages within Microsoft Teams. This is currently impacting 7% of all messages in North America. If the Teams client becomes disconnected, users can try to close and reopen the client. IT Support Services will continue to monitor the progress of the service restoration.
