Important update regarding Adobe Sign (Action required) Archived

  • Recently, Adobe sign released an update that prompted users to Log in using "Company or School" account. Following this change, we received multiple reports from users about missing documents.
    We contacted Adobe regarding this issue, and after their investigation, they have decided to rollback the recent update. Rollback is scheduled for Tuesday, November 11th from 1pm to 4pm EST, please do not perform any transactions during this time.

    ACTION REQUIRED:
    If you logged in using "Company or School" option and performed any transactions or created/signed documents under that account, please make sure to download and save those documents immediately. Once the rollback is complete, access to documents stored under "Company or School" account may no longer be available. If you logged in using the "Personal account" option, no action is needed on your end.

    After the rollback, you will be able to log back into your old Adobe sign (personal) account, which will still contain all your past documents.
