An upgrade to the University telephone system will result in an interruption of service to all campus phones, including voicemail, voice menus and call centre applications.

Some telephones may be affected for up to one hour while the segments of the system are brought up in stages. IT Services has made every effort to ensure that the disruption is minimized for critical services.
