Mobile Devices using Notifylink may see SSL certifcate issues Update Archived

**A short outage is necessary to fix the SSL certificate issue. IT Services staff will be restarting the front end web service in order to fix some of the SSL issues. This restart will take place at 10:40am and will last on a few minutes.**

**A process for accepting the certificate has been found. Users who are having certificate issues can follow the process outlined here:

As well the IT Support Centre is available at 533-6666 to assist users with the process. **

**There is evidence this may be seen on Blackberry devices running OS version 4.5.

If you are experiencing this issue please call the IT Support Centre for a temporary workaround.

IT Services is investigating a permanent remedy for all devices.**

Some SSL certificates issues are being seen after a new SSL certificate was loaded on the Notifylink Server.

Most device appear to work but there are some reports certain devices do not.

If your Mobile Device is seeing SSL issues with the Notifylink Application please contact the IT Support Center at 613-533-6666.
