Update:

Services have been restored. The main web server and the web publish web software was restarted to clear up the problem. The issue tracking system was also restarted.

The main Queen's web server (www.queensu.ca)and the Issue Tracking system (itrack.queensu.ca) services are experiencing slowdowns. ITServices staff is investigating.
