Service was restored as of Sept 28th at 00:20. ITS notified the provider of the issue and they were able to restore service.

ITS monitors have detected our primary internet provider is not reachable. There is enough capacity on our other providers but some user connections may have been severed and will need to be retried.

ITS is working to resolve the issue with the primary provider.
