Emails from external sources are not being delivered to new email accounts. Archived
A problem was identified with the provisioning process for email accounts. New email accounts created from October 21st through to October 28th are unable to receive mail outside of Office 365.

ITS is working to identify these accounts and fix the mail routing. Mail queued for less than 2 days will be delivered later today. Mail queued for longer than 2 days will have been returned to sender.

ITS will update this notice when all affected accounts have been fixed.
