Modifications to the University voice messaging system will take place on Sunday, November 29th between 6:00am and 9:00am.
- Telephone service will NOT be affected.
- Voice mail will be intermittently unavailable during that time.
- Telephone Contact Centre applications will be unavailable for up to 3 hours.
Callers to these applications may hear different call treatments depending on the status of the work. Treatments may be ring-no-answer, busy signal or the recording "The voice messaging system is temporarily unavailable".
These changes are required to maintain our current level of support from the system vendor.
