Details:
The NetID profile manager (IDM) will be unavailable Tuesday,
February 9, from 05:00 to 07:30. This outage is to perform tests
to streamline the go-live of the new IDM system. Once the tests are complete, the current IDM will resume service.
During the outage, users will be unable to:
- Activate a NetID
- Change a password
- Reset a password
- Update security questions
