The issue with Rogers and Fido cellular callers to Queen's University has now been resolved. --------------------------------------------------------------

IT Services is aware of a problem with a one-way speech path on some incoming telephone calls. The Queen's party cannot hear the caller but they can be heard by the caller.
This problem seems to only occur for callers from Rogers or Fido cellular and only when they call a Queen's number.
Outgoing calls from Queen's are not affected.
A trouble report has been created with the Queen's local service provider.
