The NetID profile manager (IDM) will be unavailable Monday,
April 11, from13:00 to 13:45. This outage is to perform
emergency updates to the Identity Management System.
During the outage, users will be unable to:
- Activate a NetID
- Change a password
- Reset a password
- Update security questions
