Details:
The NetID profile manager (IDM) will be unavailable Wednesday, April 27, from 06:00 to 06:30. This outage is to apply updates to the Identity Management System.
During the outage, users will be unable to:
- Activate a NetID
- Change a password
- Reset a password
- Update security questions
