Planned outage for Office 365 on January 2nd Archived
On Monday, January 2nd, 2017 beginning at 6am and lasting for up to 4 hours, users will be unable to login to Office 365 while changes are being made to the authentication service. During this period, users will be unable to access Office 365 applications via the web, or from their mobile or desktop clients until the update is complete. Services affected include Email, OneDrive for Business, Skype Online and the online versions of Office apps.
After the update, the Office 365 logon page will no longer be hosted on campus, and will utilize the Microsoft Portal for authentication. You can log on to Office 365 using your netID@queensu.ca account and your NetID password using the URL: https://outlook.com/queensu.ca
