Missing Course History from Lynda.com Archived
As a Lynda.com user, you know that Lynda keeps track of courses that you are hoping to take, are in the process of taking, or have completed.

On February 22, 2017 there was a configuration change on Lynda.com that resulted in the loss of access to historical data (bookmarks, history, and playlists) that were accumulated prior to February 22, 2017.

On the morning of April 4, 2017, ITS, working with Lynda.com, will be rolling back this historical data to the state it was in on February 22, 2017. This will result in a loss of any new historical course activity (playlists) between February 22, 2017 and April 4, 2017.

ITS recommends that, prior to the April 4 rollback, users login via: http://www.queensu.ca/lynda and take a screenshot of their current playlist or certifications achieved between February 22 and April 4. After the rollback on April 4, this screenshot will be the only record of any playlists accrued between February 22 – April 4. The screenshots will be useful for rebuilding your playlist after the rollback.

Course certifications completed since February 22 will no longer show in your account. You will need to re-take any course to re-certify. Course certifications completed prior to February 22 will be displayed again as of April 4.
