Planned Network Outage Sunday, August 13 Update Archived
*Update*

During the maintenance period from approximately 8am to 9am, ITS expects that off-campus services that use Queen's Single-Sign On (ex. OnQ, Concur and Faculty180) will be unavailable from both on-campus and off-campus locations. Office 365 will still be accessible from off-campus during the entire maintenance period.

ITS will be performing network maintenance on Sunday, August 13 beginning at 6 am and lasting until approximately 12 pm.

On-Campus Outages:

Access to resources that are not housed on campus, such as Office 365 (email, calendar, and OneDrive) and onQ, will NOT be available while on campus during the maintenance window.

Access to services that are physically housed on campus, such as SOLUS, MyQueen'sU, and the main Queen's website, WILL BE available throughout the maintenance period.

Off-Campus Outages:

Access to services that are physically housed on campus, such SOLUS, MyQueen'sU and the main Queen's website will NOT be available from off campus through the maintenance period.

Access to services that are not housed on campus, such as onQ and Office 365 (email, calendar, and OneDrive) WILL BE available from off campus.

After the maintenance is completed, users on campus will not experience any difference in the way they access services.
