Some email messages failing to send from application servers and scanners on campusArchived
The owners of some campus applications have reported that some email messages from their services were not being delivered or were delayed.
ITS has identified an issue in 2 of the 3 mail relays on campus that affected mail delivery for application servers and scanners that use mail.queensu.ca as their email relay. Email messages sent through Outlook and Office 365 were not affected.
The issue has been resolved. ITS will continue to monitor the relays for delays. If you experience any further problems please contact the IT Support Centre by calling 613.533.6666 during regular business hours or by filling out the online help form
