Previous Description (March 26, 2018 11:57):

The NetID Profile Manager (IDM) will be briefly unavailable March 25, 2018 at 12:00PM (noon) while ITS staff perform emergency
maintenance on the software. The outage should last only 1 - 2 minutes.

Services that will be unavailable during the outage include:
- password resets
- activating a NetID
- email alias claim
- updates to security questions.
