The Identity Manager maintenance is complete.
Users should now be able to access the Profile Manager (https://netid.queensu.ca)

If users experience issues with the Profile Manager, please contact the ITSupport Centre (x36666).

Previous Description (April 3, 2018 15:07):

ITS will be performing maintenance on the Identity Management system on Thursday April 5, 2018 between 6:00 - 7:30 am.
The Profile Manager (https://netid.queensu.ca) will be unavailable while the upgrade is taking place.

Services that will be unavailable during the outage include:
- password resets
- activating a NetID
- email alias claim
- updates to security questions.
