ITS, working with the vendor, has resolved an issue with QShare password protected tickets and they are now working as intended. Both pre-existing and newly created tickets with passwords can successfully access protected resources.

Password protected tickets granting access to QShare files are currently not working. Users are not able to get beyond the log in page. Some browsers will present a security notification.

ITS staff are working with the vendor to resolve the issue. This notification will be updated as required.
