Incoming calls are now working. The initial trouble still exists but the carrier has redirected calls as a workaround until the issue is resolved. There should be no further problems calling in or out from the University.

Incoming telephone calls from outside the university are still being affected. Vendor support has been engaged to investigate the problem. If you have any questions or concerns please call the IT Support Centre.

Emergency maintenance is required on the Queen's telephone system.
This is expected to only affect incoming calls from outside the University. Outgoing and internal calls will not be affected.
The outage will last up to 10 minutes between 7:00am and 7:30am on Friday August 3rd.
