ITS staff will be upgrading software on all wireless network switches on Tuesday Aug. 28 from 5:30 am to 6am. During this time, there will be no wireless internet access. The wired and PCI networks will remain available during this maintenance window.
If anyone experiences wireless connectivity issues after the time listed above, please contact the IT Support Centre at 613.533.6666.
These software updates are necessary to ensure the security of the network is maintained.
