We currently have no ongoing issues with the Cogeco internet link that was affected last night. The internet link looks stable on our end as of 6 AM this morning. However, Cogeco is still experiencing an outage that was caused due to a manhole fire last night and their estimated restoration time is 1:00 PM EDT today. ITS is working with Cogeco to determine the root cause of the issue as they are unable to confirm if the issue was related to the manhole fire at this time.

Cogeco is aware of the issue. They have few customers affected due to the outage in their network and technicians have been dispatched to investigate the issue.
