ITS will be performing maintenance activities which will require an outage to the PCI network from 02:00 to 06:00 on Tuesday July 30th.
During this outage Queen’s merchant account holders who use the PCI network for their credit card processing (Pin Pads) or PCI terminal access will not be able to run transactions.
Merchants who use online E-Commerce payment gateways (ie: E-Xact) and service providers (ie: Shopify) will not be impacted.
This work will not impact Queen’s wired and wireless networks.
